Tomb of Jin Gulan

The Tomb of Jin Gulan is a cultural relic protection unit of Liaocheng City.

The Tomb of Jin Gulan is located to the north of Guguantun Village, Hanzhai Township, Gaotang County. It dates back to 1938 and is categorized as a modern-era historical site and representative structure.

In April 1999, the Tomb of Jin Gulan was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Liaocheng City.

Jin Gulan (1904–1938), styled Zhuxi, was a native of Guguantun, Hanzhai Township, Gaotang County. He was a revolutionary martyr. He graduated in 1925 from the Third Provincial Normal School of Liaocheng. In 1926, he joined the Communist Party of China, becoming one of the earliest CPC members in Gaotang County. In the spring of 1927, following instructions from the CPC Luxi County Committee, he joined the peasant organization "Hongmen" (also known as the Red Spear Society), which aimed to combat evil and uphold justice. There, he spread revolutionary ideas, recruited over 30 party members, established the first Party branch in Gaotang County — the CPC Guguantun Branch — and reorganized "Hongmen" into the "Red Regiment" under the leadership of the Party...
