Prince's Tomb

The Prince's Tomb is a cultural tourism attraction.

There are two Prince's Tombs: one is located in Guzitou Village, 3 kilometers south of the county town, and the other is in Shicun, 1 kilometer south of Guzitou.

According to the county annals: during the Warring States period, the famous "Battle of Maling" broke out between Qi and Wei. Crown Prince Shen of Wei, with Pang Juan as his general, led his troops to meet the enemy but fell victim to the cunning strategy of Sun Bin of Qi, suffering a defeat at Maling Pass. Pang Juan was killed, and Crown Prince Shen was captured and executed in Guanshi, his body and head buried in separate locations. The place where his head was buried is now a village called "Guzitou" (literally "Lonely Son's Head"), and the place where his body was interred is a village known as "Shicun" (literally "Corpse Village"). Later, due to the inauspicious names, the villagers changed them to "Guzitou" and "Shicun," which are still used today.
