The Martyrs' Tomb of Geng Xihua is a cultural relics protection site of Guan County and a classic red tourism destination.

The Martyrs' Tomb of Geng Xihua dates back to July 1945 and is located in Xihua Village, Qingshui Town, Guan County.

In 2003, the Martyrs' Tomb of Geng Xihua was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Qingshui Town: Located on the western Shandong plain, Qingshui Town is situated 18 kilometers north of Guan County, Liaocheng City. It borders Linqing to the north. The town covers a total area of 51.6 square kilometers, with 45,000 mu of arable land and 18,000 mu of sandy wasteland. It administers 33 administrative villages and has a total population of 32,000, making it one of the towns in northwestern Shandong with strong economic development potential.

Qingshui Town boasts significant locational advantages and superior transportation conditions. Provincial Highway 102 runs through the town.
