The Liu Guanzhuang Enclosure was built in 1915 and is located in Ganguantun Township, Guan County.

In 2012, the Liu Guanzhuang Enclosure was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Ganguantun Township: Ganguantun Township covers a total area of 64.56 square kilometers, with 3,600 hectares of arable land. It administers 35 administrative villages and has a population of 41,000.

The township enjoys distinct locational advantages. It borders Provincial Highway 040 to the east and Provincial Highway 102 to the west, with Houma Road and Sanggan Road intersecting at the township government seat. All villages in the township are connected by roads, ensuring convenient transportation and a superior geographical location.
