The Phoenix Terrace Ruins are a protected cultural heritage site of Liaocheng City.

The Phoenix Terrace Ruins are located in Zhangcha Village, Donggucheng Town, Guan County, dating back to the Spring and Autumn Period to the Han Dynasty, and are categorized as ancient ruins.

In October 2014, the Phoenix Terrace Ruins were designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site of Liaocheng City.
