Li Ji Yuan Stele

The Li Ji Yuan Stele is a cultural relic protected at the county level in Yanggu County.

The Li Ji Yuan Stele dates back to the Ming Dynasty and is located in Licun Village, Dabu Township, Yanggu.

On September 19, 2004, the Li Ji Yuan Stele was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Dabu Township: Dabu Township is named after the village where the township government is located. It is situated in the northwest of Yanggu County. The name originates from the fact that the area was originally inhabited by residents with the surname Bu. In the late Qing Dynasty, Dabu and nearby villages were part of the Western Fourth District of Yanggu County. In 1930, the entire county was divided into 6 districts and 284 townships (towns), with the southern part of what is now Dabu Township belonging to the First District and the northern part to the Third District. In 1946, the county was divided into 8 districts, and the villages now within Dabu Township were split between the Sixth and Seventh Districts. In 1957, districts were abolished and townships merged, resulting in the establishment of Dabu Township and E'Yapo Township in the current Dabu area.
