The Tomb of Yin Yunxiao is a cultural heritage site protected by Liaocheng City.

The Tomb of Yin Yunxiao is located in Shaheyá Village, Shouzhang Town, Yanggu County. It dates back to the Ming Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient tomb.

In April 1999, the Tomb of Yin Yunxiao was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Liaocheng City.

Yin Yunxiao (1480–1516), courtesy name Jinfu, art name Shichuan, was a native of Shouzhang (now Beitai Village, Shouzhang Town, Yanggu County, Shandong Province). In the 18th year of the Hongzhi reign (1505), he passed the imperial examination and became a jinshi (advanced scholar). The following year, he returned home due to illness. Disillusioned by the autocratic power of the eunuch Liu Jin and the political corruption of the time, Yin Yunxiao chose not to pursue an official career. Instead, he collected thousands of volumes of books and aspired to make a living through writing and teaching.

In the 6th year of the Zhengde reign (1511), he was summoned to the capital for official selection and was appointed as the magistrate of Jingjiang County in Nan Zhili.
