Seven-Level Wharf is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

Seven-Level Wharf is located in Qiji Town, Yanggu County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On October 10, 2013, Seven-Level Wharf was designated as part of the fourth batch of Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Qiji Town: Qiji Town in Yanggu County is situated in the northeastern part of Yanggu County, at the junction of Yanggu, Dong'e, and Dongchangfu districts (counties). The town center is a bustling trade hub on the ancient Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It earned its name from the seven-tiered stone steps that once formed the wharf along the canal. In the same year, the Qiji People's Commune was established, and in 1984, it was officially renamed Qiji Town, a designation it retains to this day. The town governs 50 administrative villages, covers a total area of 65 square kilometers, has 62,500 mu of arable land, and a population of 39,000.
