There are currently two theories about the identity of the tomb owner at Liwu Village: one theory suggests it is the “Tomb of Han Jue.” The Neiqiu County Place Name Data Compilation states, “The Tomb of General Flying Swallow Han Jue is located in Liwu Village, Fengcun Commune.” On July 23, 1982, the Tomb of Han Jue was included in the list of Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units in Hebei Province. Another theory suggests it is the tomb of Zhang Yan, the “Flying Swallow General” who led the Yellow Turban Rebellion during the Eastern Han Dynasty. The Neiqiu County Annals from the 15th year of the Chongzhen reign in the Ming Dynasty (1642), the Neiqiu County Annals edited by Wang Kuangding and He Geng in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, the Dezhou Prefecture Annals edited by Xu Jingzeng in the 15th year of the Qianlong reign in the Qing Dynasty (1750), and the Neiqiu County Annals edited by Shi Yanshi in the 12th year of the Daoguang reign in the Qing Dynasty (1832) all record: “The Tomb of Flying Swallow is located to the west of Liwu Village, commonly known as the Noodle-rolling Platform.”
