The site is situated on a sandy ridge, with ancient river channels to the south and north. It spans approximately 150 meters from north to south and 200 meters from east to west, covering an area of about 30,000 square meters. The cultural layer is located 0.3 to 0.4 meters below the surface and is 1.7 to 2 meters thick. Parts of the site have been damaged. Based on the features of unearthed relics, the lower layer of the site belongs to the Hougang type of the Yangshao Culture, while the upper layer belongs to the Longshan Culture.
