Plum Blossom Hall

Built at the highest point of Shizhong Mountain, it is also known as the "Sixty Plum Trees Floating Pavilion" or the "Snow-Lying Fragrance-Chanting Pavilion." Viewed from above, Plum Blossom Hall resembles an open plum blossom. Surrounded by plum trees, when winter snow falls, the contrast of white snow and red blossoms against the towering building creates a spectacular scene. Peng Yulin composed a couplet: “A long roar echoes under the white autumn moon; my thoughts drift to the green peaks of ancient times.” He also wrote a seven-character regulated poem titled "The Sixty Plum Trees Floating Pavilion," which includes the lines: “Flowing water and small bridges melt into the night moon; curved railings and pavilions wind around the plum blossoms.” Peng Yulin also composed one hundred seven-character quatrains on plum blossoms here.
