Hukou Museum

The museum is located on the west side of the Administrative Center Building in Taishan New District. Designed by Shanghai Xian Dai Design Group Co., Ltd., the museum adopts the theme of "Waves Crashing Against the Stone Bell, Gateway to Rivers and Lakes." Its exhibits cover history, intangible cultural heritage, folklore, and notable works by masters. The entire museum has three floors, with a total floor area of about 4,000 square meters.

Hukou Museum is an important window into the history of Hukou. With a profound cultural foundation, Hukou is known as a land of culture. The local people have long cherished an appreciation for beauty and literature, giving rise to a vibrant and distinctive folk culture that stands out among many regional traditions.
