Shuangfengjian

Shuangfengjian is located behind the First People's Hospital in Pengze County and consists of the two highest peaks in the county. The name "Shuangfengjian" ("Twin Peaks") comes from the fact that the two peaks face each other from east to west and are of similar elevation. Since ancient times, Shuangfengjian has been one of the eight major scenic spots in the county. The area features lush bamboo forests, continuous springs, and pleasant scenery. At the foot of the mountain lies the famous Zhulin Nunnery, and at the summit stands the thousand-year-old Jifu Temple. A shaded stone-paved path leads up the mountain from the base. Shuangfengjian has become a popular spot for locals in Longcheng to relax and engage in outdoor activities on weekends.
