Huangjinbu Kiln Site

The Huangjinbu Kiln Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Jiangxi Province.

The Huangjinbu Kiln Site dates back to the Tang Dynasty through the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, with its active period also spanning these eras. The site is located around Liujia Mountain in Huangjinbu Town, Yugan County, Jiangxi Province. It primarily produced celadon ware, and among the unearthed artifacts, brown plum-blossom-patterned bowls, round ceramic inkstones, and celadon waist drums are the most distinctive. Fragments of celadon jars inscribed with the reign mark "Zhenyuan" were also discovered.

The Huangjinbu Kiln Site (including the Liujia Mountain Kiln Site, Jiumei Mountain Kiln Site, and Xiqiao Mountain Kiln Site) has been designated as a Jiangxi Provincial Cultural Heritage Site.

Huangjinbu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Yugan County. It was known as Huangbu Commune in 1959, renamed Huangjinbu Commune in 1983, and became a town in 1984. Located in the southeastern part of the county along the lower reaches of the Xin River, it is 26 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 50 square kilometers with a population of 29,000, the town government is headquartered in Huangjinbu. National Highway 206 runs through the western part of the town. The town administers four neighborhood committees—Shangjie, Zhongjie, Xiajie, and Xinjie—and sixteen village committees: Zhujiao, Xinzhuang, Xiaogang, Hujiazhou, Songxiayuan, Zhujiawu, Tangbei, Hutan, Bianshan, Shangxing, Zengjiafan, Wu’ai, Huashan, Tuanhu, Meiling, and Lingtang.
