The Ruquan Temple ruins are a cultural heritage site protected by Handan City.

The Ruquan Temple ruins are ancient relics from the Ming and Qing dynasties, located on the mountainside of Lufeng Mountain in Taquan Township, Ci County. The Ruquan Temple ruins are among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Taquan Township: Taquan Township is located in the western part of Ci County, Hebei Province. The seat of the township government is situated south of Hanjiagou Village (on the former site of the Old Temple), approximately 33.2 kilometers northwest of the county government seat. In May 1961, the Taquan People's Commune was established. In April 1984, it was renamed Taquan Township, and in January 1996, Zhongchakou Township was merged into it. It borders Botu Town to the southeast, borders Guanfang Township of She County to the northwest, adjoins Beijiabi Township to the northeast, and connects with Taicang Township of She County to the south. The total area is 103 square kilometers. It has 4,967 households and a population of 19,737, all of whom are Han Chinese.
