The stone inscriptions at the Tang Emperors' Temple are located in Qifu Village, Guantai Town, Cixian County. These inscriptions are among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units designated by Handan City.

Qifu Village: Qifu Village is situated to the east of Dongbaozhang, bordered by Yuecheng Reservoir to the east and north. The current village location was established after relocation during the construction of Yuecheng Reservoir; the original site was located about one li to the north of the present site. The administrative area of Qifu Village covers 0.92 square kilometers, with a population of 1,503 people and 670 mu of arable land. The land is fertile, producing high-quality wheat, corn, and coarse grains. In recent years, entrepreneurs from the village have opened over 100 hotpot restaurants in other regions, providing employment for about two-thirds of the village’s residents.
