The Tianbao Village Stone Carvings are a cultural heritage protection unit of Handan City.

The Tianbao Village Stone Carvings are located on Yuntai Mountain in Huatuo Village, Taoquan Township, Cixian County. They are among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Taoquan Township: Taoquan Township is located in the western part of Cixian County, Hebei Province. The seat of the township government is situated south of Hanjiagou Village (on the former site of the Old Temple), approximately 33.2 kilometers northwest of the county government seat. The Taoquan Commune was established in May 1961. In April 1984, it was renamed Taoquan Township, and in January 1996, Zhongchakou Township was merged into it. To the southeast it borders Botu Town; to the northwest it adjoins Guanfang Township of Shexian County; to the northeast it connects with Beijiabi Township; and to the south it links with Taicang Township of Shexian County. The total area is 103 square kilometers. It has 4,967 households and a population of 19,737, all of whom are Han Chinese.
