The Julong Mountain Stone Carvings are located to the south of Nanchakou Village, Taoquan Township, Cixian County. The Julong Mountain Stone Carvings are among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Nanchakou Village: Nanchakou Village is situated to the west of the township government, south of Zhongchakou Village, and about 4 kilometers from the township government. The village has a population of 760 people, with 400 mu of arable land and over 8,000 mu of barren hills. The main economic activities of the villagers are agricultural farming and migrant work. Cash crops include corn, Chinese prickly ash, etc. To the south of Nanchakou Village lies the Zhao Wang Temple, a provincial-level key cultural relic protection site, which enshrines King Wuling of Zhao and the Buddha. Behind the temple is a mountain spring that yields abundant, clear, and sweet water in summer, highly favored by the villagers.
