Guantai Town: Located in the southwest of Cixian County, Guantai Town borders Anfeng Township of Anyang County, Henan Province to the east; neighbors Duli Township of Anyang County to the west; connects to Tongye Town and Lunzhang Township of Anyang County to the south; and faces Yuecheng Town, Huangsha Town, Dutang Township, and Botu Town across Yuecheng Reservoir to the north. It covers a total area of 44.25 square kilometers. The town has 7,658 households and a population of 31,044, all of whom are Han Chinese. It includes 12 natural villages and governs 14 village committees.
