Jin Desan Martyrs' Tomb is located in Xiaqiuyuan Village, Shicunying Township, Cixian County. It is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Xiaqiuyuan Village: Located in the southwestern part of Shicunying Township, Xiaqiuyuan Village sits on the inclined plain in front of a hill. Shangqiuyuan has over 350 households, a population of more than 1,500, 43 Party members, and 1,335 mu of arable land; Xiaqiuyuan has over 630 households, a population of more than 2,760, 72 Party members, and 2,360 mu of arable land. The two villages are situated along the Zhang River, enjoying a prime geographical location with picturesque water and mountain views and a pleasant climate. The river flows for approximately 4 kilometers, and the village's irrigation channels provide abundant water resources.
