The Luo Peak Cliff Carvings are located at the end of Liangkeng Stream, about 1 kilometer north of Luofeng Village, Chengxi Subdistrict Office. Most of these inscriptions were created by literati between the Qianlong and Daoguang eras of the Qing Dynasty (1736–1850). There are a total of 13 carvings, forming a small forest of steles covering an area of over 1,000 square meters. The collection includes both inscribed plaques, such as “Fu” (Blessing), “Senran” (Serene), and “Xianqiao Fufang” (Immortal Peaks Hovering in the Air), as well as poem inscriptions, such as “The winding stream forms three gorges; green bamboo and pines cluster in groves; half of Luo’s clouds seal the cave’s mouth; a round jade moon ripples on the water’s heart.” These carvings not only depict the beautiful scenery around Luofeng Village but also showcase the essence of ancient calligraphy, holding certain archaeological research and aesthetic appreciation value.

In December 2018, it was designated as part of the eighth batch of county-level cultural relic protection units in Gutian County.

Luofeng Village: Located in the western part of Gutian County, Luofeng Village under Chengxi Subdistrict borders Xiaojie Village of Fengdu Town to the north, Houyang Village of Huangtian Town to the south, and Cuntou Village of Jukou Township, Yanping District, Nanping City, to the west. It covers a total area of 13.5 square kilometers, with 2,825 mu of arable land and 13,632 mu of mountainous land. The village comprises three natural villages—Luoyang, Xiawei Yang, and Tiangongchang—30 villager groups, a total population of 2,498, 1,563 laborers, and 65 Party members.
