The Sanzhou Dai Clan Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

The Sanzhou Dai Clan Ancestral Hall is located in Sanzhou Village, Sanzhou Town, Changting County, Longyan City. It was first built during the Yuan Dynasty, rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty, and renovated in 1940. Covering an area of 332 square meters, it features a two-courtyard, single-entry layout, consisting of a main gate, upper and lower halls, and a central courtyard. The main hall is three bays wide and four bays deep, with a post-and-lintel wooden frame in the central bay and flush gable roofs supported directly on purlins in the side bays. It has a single-eave, hard-tiled roof, a brick archway-style main gate, and staggered firewalls of varying heights. The structure exhibits a strong Hakka ancestral hall style. This ancestral hall is an important site for descendants of the Dai clan from Taiwan to pay homage to their ancestors during homecoming visits. It was designated as a Fujian Provincial Cultural Heritage Site in 2009.

Sanzhou Village: Located 34 kilometers south of Changting County and 8 kilometers from the Heyang exit of the Longyan–Changting Expressway, Sanzhou Village is the seat of the Sanzhou Town government and the core village of the town’s 10,000-mu bayberry production base.

The village covers a total land area of 10,443 mu, including 2,704 mu of arable land and 7,739 mu of forestland. Sanzhou has a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Surrounded by mountains and situated in a basin, the area has low elevations ranging between 240 and 560 meters.
