The former site of the Fujian Military District Headquarters of the Red Army is located in Shifu Village, Datong Town, Changting County, Longyan City. It is a private residence owned by the Lai family. The building covers an area of 744 square meters and is constructed with earth and wood. In February 1932, the Fujian Military District of the Red Army was officially established in Changting County, with its headquarters set up here. The commander was Luo Binghui, and the political commissar was Tan Zhenlin. In 2010, it was announced as a cultural heritage site protected by Fujian Province.

Shifu Village: Shifu Village is located 5 kilometers from the urban area, along Provincial Highway 205, with a traffic preparedness road passing through the village. The village has a population of 4,058, comprising 1,052 households, 21 villager groups, 7 natural villages, and 132 Party members. It has 11,089 mu of mountain land and 1,635 mu of arable land, including 1,142 mu of paddy fields and 463 mu of dry land. The main source of income for the village is from flue-cured tobacco, with an annual output value of 5.6 million yuan, followed by vegetables and animal husbandry.
