Li Family's Lower Grand House on Zhongjie Street is located in Zhongjie Village, Hetian Town, Changting County. It faces northeast and is composed of a front courtyard and a rear courtyard. The front courtyard includes the main gate, lower hall, middle hall, upper hall, and right wing rooms. The lower hall is five bays wide and six pillars deep, featuring a post-and-lintel and through-tenon style beam frame with a flush gable roof; both the middle and upper halls are five bays wide and five pillars deep, with post-and-lintel and through-tenon style beam frames and flush gable roofs. The rear courtyard consists of the main gate, lower hall, and upper hall. The lower hall is five bays wide and seven pillars deep, while the upper hall is five bays wide and nine pillars deep. Both levels feature a through-tenon style beam frame and a flush gable roof.

Zhongjie Village: Currently administers 18 villager groups, with 1,250 mu of arable land, a total of 868 households and 3,986 residents. The village has 5 cadres on the two committees and 73 Party members.
