The Dai Family Residence in Sanzhou is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

The Dai Family Residence in Sanzhou is located in Sanzhou Village, Sanzhou Town, Changting County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

Description: Facing northwest and situated southeast, it consists of a main gate, lower hall, upper hall, rear hall, wing rooms, and a rear arcade, covering an area of 567 square meters. The main hall is three bays wide and five bays deep with a rolled-canopy front porch, featuring a post-and-lintel and mortise-and-tenon beam structure, and a flush gable roof.

In 2013, the Dai Family Residence in Sanzhou was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Fujian Province.

Protected area: An additional 10 meters is preserved around all sides of the residence.

Sanzhou Village: Sanzhou Village is located 34 kilometers south of Changting County and 8 kilometers from the Heyuan exit of the Longyan–Changting Expressway. It is the seat of the Sanzhou Town government and also the core village of the town’s 10,000-mu bayberry production base.

The village covers a total land area of 10,443 mu, including 2,704 mu of arable land and 7,739 mu of forested land. Sanzhou features a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Surrounded by mountains and situated in a basin, the area has low elevation ranging between 240 and 560 meters.
