The Huang Family Residence in Shipai (Beichen Gaogong) is located in Shipai Village, Rentai Town, Shanghang County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

The Huang Family Residence is located in Shipai Village, Rentai Town. Built during the Qing Dynasty, it faces southeast and backs northwest, with its outer main gate oriented south and opening to the north. The residence covers an area of about 1,500 square meters, features a two-story structure, and includes upper and lower halls in the main block, with a central courtyard enclosed by stone slabs. On the right side, there are two rows of wing rooms with two courtyards, each with its own courtyard. The main structure is accompanied by auxiliary buildings such as storage rooms and toilets. The lower hall of the main block has a traditional clay floor, while the upper hall features a brick-paved floor. The walls are mainly constructed with a combination of blue bricks and rammed earth, windows are fitted with awnings, and the eaves are decorated with painted patterns.

Protected area: 5 meters beyond the eastern wall to the village road, 20 meters beyond the southern gate to the stream, 10 meters beyond the western eaves drip line, and 5 meters beyond the northern wall to the village road. A construction control zone extends 10 meters beyond the protected area.

Shipai Village: Located at the northwest corner of Rentai Town and adjacent to Taigu Village in Lufeng Township, Shipai Village consists of 16 villager groups, with 514 households and a population of around 1,900. The total arable land area is 2,160 mu, and the forested area exceeds 17,000 mu. The village cultivates over 1,200 mu of honey pomelo, hosts four large-scale pig farms, and plants approximately 500 mu of flue-cured tobacco annually.
