Jiutianfeng Ecotourism Resort

Jiutianfeng Resort is located in Yangfandian Village, Shiji Town, Nanqiao District. It was invested and built by Shanghai Dongzhou Group, with construction starting in August 2007. The project is planned to be developed in three phases, with a total investment of 150 million RMB expected.

The planned resort area in Jiutianfeng Resort features a diverse array of tourism resources, encompassing cultural, geological, biological landscapes, historical sites, and youth development training, among others. The scenic area boasts abundant geological features such as basins, hills, and peaks, with well-preserved vegetation. Its biological landscape is dominated by Chuzhou chrysanthemums, offering high sightseeing value. The area is rich in cultural heritage, with literary figures such as Ouyang Xiu and Xin Qiji having left behind numerous classic poems. Facilities within the resort include a 12,000-square-meter main holiday hotel – Jiufeng Mountain Villa, a 66,000-square-meter lake, nine lakeside vacation villas, 16 high-end mountain villas, a zigzag bridge, a lakeside pavilion, and clear mountain springs.

Yangfandian Village: Located in the eastern hinterland of Shiji Town, Yangfandian Village is 18 kilometers from downtown Chuzhou City. The Chuzhou-Liangyuan Road (connecting Chuzhou to Liangyuan in Feidong) runs through the village, and the planned western outer ring road of Chuzhou will also pass through it. The village covers an area of 13.8 square kilometers, comprising 20 villager groups with a population of 3,200 and cultivated land of 3,200 mu. It has 850 mu of fishable water surface.
