Xiwang Site

The Xiwang Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Chuzhou City.

The Xiwang Site is located in Kehu Village, Wuyi Town, Nanqiao District, Chuzhou City. It dates back to the Western Zhou Dynasty, is classified as an ancient site, and covers an area of 6,400 square meters. It is listed as part of the fourth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Chuzhou City, with the announcement number Chuzheng [2012] No. 44.

Kehu Village: Overview of Kehu Village

Kehu Village is located in the northern part of Wuyi Town, bordering Fahuavillage to the west and connecting to Yaopu Town to the north. It serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of the Nanqiao Government Affairs District. The Beijing-Shanghai Railway and the Chuzhou-Nanjing Expressway run through the area, while Shuangying Avenue, Taoyuan Road, and Fahu Road intersect here in a grid-like pattern, giving it a distinct locational advantage and convenient transportation.

Kehu Village governs 23 villager groups, with a population of 3,382 (1,808 males and 1,574 females), 4,746 mu of arable land, and 1,310 mu of water surface.
