Xianghe Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

Nestled by the city and the river, Xianghe Water Conservancy Scenic Area integrates natural landscapes, water conservancy projects, historical and cultural elements, sightseeing, leisure, fitness, and entertainment. It is a modern, open, public, linear urban park stretching 9.7 kilometers in length. Key attractions include the Enlightenment Culture Corridor, the Confucian Scholars Culture Corridor, New Xianghe, Taiping Bridge, Riverside Park, and the Taoyuan Ancient Cultural Site.

The scenic area boasts lush trees, clear waters, rich culture, and abundant landscapes. Along both banks of the river, winding walking paths have been constructed. Among the trees lining the pathways are three themed cultural zones featuring sculptures, reliefs, and inscriptions based on the Twenty-Four Filial Exemplars, the Three Character Classic, and the Extended Wisdom Sayings, with over 120 sets of sculptures embellishing the area. Culturally inspired corridors and pavilions, built in harmony with the terrain and traditional Chinese garden aesthetics, blend classical charm with modern vibrancy—like a painted scroll slowly unfurling as visitors stroll along.

Transportation: From Quanjiao Railway Station, take Bus No. 1 or No. 3 to reach the scenic area; for self-driving, exit at the Quanjiao interchange on the Hefei-Nanjing Expressway, follow signs toward the county town for 1.5 kilometers to arrive at the scenic area.
