Huajia Lake Ruins

The Huajia Lake Ruins are a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Anhui Province.

The Huajia Lake Ruins are located in Huajia Lake, Xincai Town, Suixi County, Anhui Province.

The ruins are situated slightly southeast of the lake’s center, featuring a mound-like terrain that rises about 3 meters above the lakebed. The site stretches approximately 200 meters from east to west and 150 meters from north to south, covering a total area of around 30,000 square meters. In the middle of the ruins are several modern graves, while the rest consists of cultivated land, with large areas of reeds along the edges. The ruins are exposed during dry seasons but are often submerged when water levels rise.
