The Double Martyrs' Shrine is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Double Martyrs' Shrine was built in memory of Song Yulin and Cheng Liang, two martyrs from Huaiyuan who were among the 72 martyrs of the Huanghuagang Uprising during the Xinhai Revolution. Above the shrine stands a pavilion called Banshan Pavilion, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city of Huaiyuan. Here, rolling green hills, lush grass, towering ancient elms, and seas of pine trees create an exceptionally serene and beautiful landscape. The spring water contains minerals, is sweet and refreshing, and is perfect for brewing tea, yielding a rich and delicious flavor. The White Milk Spring is similar to the Tiger Running Spring in Hangzhou—its surface tension is so strong that when poured into a cup, it can rise above the rim without spilling and even float coins, amazing visitors. Su Dongpo once praised this spring as the seventh-best spring under heaven. In 1965, Guo Moruo personally inscribed the names of the White Milk Spring and Wanghuai Tower, his powerful and bold calligraphy greatly enhancing the charm of the spring area.
