Mozitan Reservoir

Mozitan Reservoir (located in Huoshan County) lies about 25 kilometers upstream from the Foziling Reservoir, covering 39.5% of the Foziling Reservoir's catchment area, with a storage capacity of 350 million cubic meters. The artificial lake within the reservoir area is also known as Biesshuwan. The landscape is picturesque, with beautiful mountains and waters that present a stunning view in all seasons. Upstream, between the East and West Rivers, there stands a towering and precipitous peak—Fairy Terrace, whose summit features rugged rocks and peculiarly shaped boulders, creating a uniquely striking scene; below it reflects the deep pool of Mozitan, with emerald shadows and a verdant hue, offering enchanting scenery.
