Enlong Mountain Villa is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Situated in Ningguo City in the southeastern part of Anhui Province, 8 kilometers from the city center and covering an area of 150 hectares, it is a comprehensive three-star international tourism hotel and resort established by Ningguo Enlong Eco-Tech Development Co., Ltd. on the basis of vigorously developing science and technology eco-industries. It attracts many domestic and overseas tourists with its beautiful natural scenery and classic, elegant wooden villa accommodations.

The resort was first built in 1997 on the foundation of an ecological science and technology demonstration park and officially opened to the public in November 2001. The resort features main attractions such as a gateway landscape, a thousand-mu ginkgo garden, a specialty orchard and forest park, a water park, a cluster of wooden villas, and the Enlong Folk Culture Garden, along with a three-star tourist hotel. The total investment amounted to 120 million yuan, with a daily reception capacity of 5,000 people. By the end of 2005, it had been ranked as a "National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction."

The resort’s "Folk Culture Garden" brings together over ten ethnic minorities from across China, showcasing the unique customs, traditions, and architectural styles of different ethnic groups. It includes ethnic villages such as Mongolian, Miao, Wa, Dai, and Mosuo homes, as well as a foreign culture performance area. Visitors can enjoy distinctive performances such as Mongolian wrestling, Miao embroidery ball dances, Lusheng dances, Dai water-splashing, Wa bull-fighting, and Mosuo folk songs. Interactive activities available for participation include Miao marriage-snatching ceremonies, Miao bamboo pole dances, Mongolian archery, and high-altitude zip-lining. Among the most unique offerings in the garden are the renowned Thai ladyboy performances popular across Southeast Asia, motorcycle wall-of-death stunts, bullfighting from Rongshui in Guangxi, Miao blade-walking and fire-walking acts, bullfighting shows, and Sichuan face-changing and fire-spitting techniques. The Thai ladyboy performances are a unique spectacle not found in other tourist attractions, allowing visitors to enjoy not only the beautiful mountain and water scenery but also rich ethnic culture and international flavors.

Enlong Mountain Villa houses various entertainment and leisure facilities including a conference center, business center, sauna and beauty center, fishing center, recreation center, and water park. The air is fresh and the environment is elegant. There is also a leisure fishing center, water park, artificial gardens, pavilions, and zigzagging water bridges, as well as 44 classic, elegant, gracefully designed wooden villas in diverse styles.

Enlong Holiday Villa also encompasses the Banqiao Nature Reserve, the last piece of primeval subtropical forest. It features the country’s largest karst cave, as well as numerous scenic spots such as Ghost Gate Pass, Jade Island, and Gaofeng Valley. The reserve is also home to rare wild animals including deer, clouded leopards, giant salamanders, and macaques. Covering an area of approximately 60 square kilometers, the entire nature reserve is the largest eco-tourism destination in East China.

The thousand-mu ginkgo garden, nestled against mountains and beside water, holds great potential for tourism development. After thorough investigation and evaluation, it was decided to build upon the ginkgo garden by integrating wooden villa culture and specialty fruit orchards, stepping into the promising industry of eco-tourism—the sunrise industry of the 21st century. Five years of hard work transformed the once barren hills into a picturesque national AAAA-level tourist attraction, a four-star tourist hotel, a national agricultural tourism demonstration site, an outstanding urban landmark of Ningguo City, and a shining jewel in the southeastern Anhui tourism treasure trove.
