Qiannian Cultural Park in Yunti She Ethnic Township, Ningguo City, is located at the foot of the renowned Xitianmu Mountain. It borders Lin’an City and Anji County of Zhejiang Province to the southeast and is the only She ethnic cultural park in Anhui Province. The She ethnic cultural park has a planned investment of 150 million yuan and includes themed areas such as the She Ethnic Culture Park and the Farming Culture Park.

The completed Qiannian Cultural Park Square covers nearly 20 acres with an investment of 40 million yuan. It features facilities such as a folk culture stage, waterside platforms, corridors, landscape pavilions, hotels, guesthouses, and supermarkets, providing villagers and tourists with a central functional area that integrates culture, entertainment, leisure, and consumption.

The construction of Qiannian Cultural Park emphasizes the exploration, protection, and inheritance of distinctive culture. It involves the renovation and preservation of characteristic ancient dwellings and the establishment of a She Ethnic Family Folk Museum, which fully displays the production and daily life tools of the She people. The cultural park also organically integrates She ethnic cultural elements into various constructions, such as the She Ethnic Totem Poles that reflect the origins of the four major She surnames, the She Ethnic Culture Wall that vividly showcases the production and lifestyle of the She people, the She Ethnic Hongqu Wine Brewing Workshop, and the She ethnic specialty cuisine at the Shejiu Red Resort Hotel.

The operation of Qiannian Cultural Park fully leverages its functions in social education and cultural exchange. Specialized training sessions and ethnic culture research activities, such as on-site meetings for the protection of characteristic villages and business tourism, have been held at the conference center. Large-scale cultural performances, including the traditional “Third Month Third” singing festival, special cultural evenings for the construction of beautiful countryside in Xuancheng City, and the 20th anniversary celebration of the establishment of the She Ethnic Township, have been held at the square.
