The Site of the Lühong Uprising is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Anqing.

The Site of the Lühong Uprising is located in Lühongshan Village, Lütíng Town, Tongcheng City, and dates back to the Republican Era.

On September 22, 2017, the Site of the Lühong Uprising was designated as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Anqing.

Lütíng Town: Lütíng Town is located in the northern suburbs of Tongcheng City, covering an area of 72 square kilometers with a population of 31,000. It is an important production base for high-quality rice, chestnuts, silkworm cocoons, and "Tongcheng Xiaohua" tea. The town boasts beautiful landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Scenic spots and historical sites such as the Pavilion where Lu Su Studied, the Tomb of Zuo Guangdou, Bantian Mountain Retreat, Cave Immortal Spring, and Gulin Temple are scattered throughout the area, making it an ideal destination for tourism and sightseeing.

Lütíng Town has a distinct geographical advantage and convenient transportation. It is 4 kilometers from the train station, 5 kilometers from the entrance of the Shanghai–Chengdu Expressway, and traversed by National Highway 206. The road network is extensive and well-connected.
