Tomb of Yao Yonggai

The Tomb of Yao Yonggai is a municipal cultural heritage site in Anqing.

The Tomb of Yao Yonggai is located in Shuangxi Village, Longmian Subdistrict, Tongcheng City, dating back to the Republican era.

On September 22, 2017, the Tomb of Yao Yonggai was designated as one of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Anqing City.

Shuangxi Village: Shuangxi Village was formed in 2007 through the merger of the former Shuangxi Village and Jingzhu Village. It is situated in the central part of the Longmian Mountain tourist area, bordering Longmian Village to the east, Wenchang Subdistrict to the south, Luhong Mountain to the north, and Huangyan Village to the west. Covering a total area of 11.8 square kilometers, the village governs 22 villager groups, with 505 households and a total population of 1,808. The village has 14,870 mu of mountainous land, 826.4 mu of arable land, and 1,760 mu of tea plantations. The total output value of tea is 4.4 million yuan, with an average per capita income of 2,500 yuan.
