The Tomb of Yin Kuan is a municipal-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Anqing City.

The Tomb of Yin Kuan is located in Xindian Village, Luting Town, Tongcheng City, and dates back to the contemporary era.

On September 22, 2017, the Tomb of Yin Kuan was designated as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Anqing City.

Luting Town: Luting Town is situated in the northern suburbs of Tongcheng City, covering an area of 72 square kilometers with a population of 31,000. It is a major production base for high-quality rice, chestnuts, silkworm cocoons, and "Tongcheng Xiaohua" tea. The town boasts beautiful landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Scenic spots and historical sites such as the Lu Su Study Pavilion, the Tomb of Zuo Guangdou (Left Duke), Bantian Mountain Retreat, Dongbin Spring, and Gulin Temple are scattered throughout the area, making it an ideal destination for tourism and sightseeing.

Luting Town enjoys a prominent geographical location and convenient transportation. It is just 4 kilometers from the train station, 5 kilometers from the entrance of the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway, and traversed by National Highway 206. The town has an extensive road network.
