Yongquan Tourist Resort is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

1. Investment: Tongling Yongquan Farm is a leisure and entertainment resort integrating dining, guestrooms, conferences, golf, fishing, tennis, tea tasting, and a large private garden. The farm covers an area of 650 acres, with a total investment exceeding 80 million yuan.

2. Location: Tongling Yongquan Farm is situated at the foot of Yeshan Mountain in Zhongming, Tongling. It lies at the intersection of the Wuhu-Tongling Highway and the Tongling-Nanling Highway, just 500 meters from the exit of the Yanjiang Expressway. The farm is 25 kilometers from downtown Tongling, and it takes only about 30–90 minutes to reach Hefei, Ma’anshan, Wuhu, Xuancheng, and Chizhou. It serves as a key gateway for travelers from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai entering Anhui on their way to Huangshan and Jiuhua Mountain tourist areas. The farm enjoys an elegant natural environment, a superior location, and convenient transportation.

3. Ecological Environment: Yongquan Farm is nestled against mountains and water, adjacent to Yeshan Forest Farm. It features 500 acres of naturally formed woodland, a 70-acre fishing paradise, and a 200-acre pristine forest acting as a natural oxygen bar. The main hotel building and 30 villas are seamlessly integrated into the ecology and nature. During construction, not only was the original ecological environment preserved, but also large areas of ornamental fruit trees and landscaped gardens were added.

4. Architectural Style: The architectural design of the farm’s main hotel and villas is in a postmodern style, inheriting the elegance and delicacy of Huizhou architecture—characterized by blue bricks, white walls, and small tiles—while also incorporating the simplicity and ruggedness of European and American rural designs, such as flat eaves and large chimneys. The interior decoration makes ingenious use of Mr. Yang Shugen’s personal collection of wood carvings (beam supports, plaques, window and door frames), stone carvings, and brick carvings, which are thoughtfully integrated into hallways, corridors, ceilings, and walls.
