Nonglin Village is located at the southeastern tip of Tongling City, under the jurisdiction of Xihu Town, Shizishan District. The village borders Xinghua Village of Tianmen Town to the east and Dayuan Village of Datong Town to the south. The Tongjiu Railway and Yanxin Avenue run through the village, which lies less than 2 kilometers from the city’s newly built railway station. The village covers a total area of approximately 5.23 square kilometers, including over 1,000 acres of arable land, more than 4,000 acres of mountainous areas such as orchards and woodlands, and over 80 acres of water surfaces. It comprises 12 villager groups, with 392 households and a population of 1,329 (including 674 women), 4 Party groups, and 48 Party members. The village has one primary school, one health clinic, one open-pit quarry, and 4.64 kilometers of “village-to-village” roads. 100% of villagers have access to clean drinking water. The total output value of the village is 5.2 million yuan, including 800,000 yuan from rice production, 2.8 million yuan from seedlings and flowers, and 1.6 million yuan from wages and other income.
