Changfu Bridge

Changfu Bridge is a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Changfu Bridge is located on the southeast side of No. 22, Nanzhakou, Nanzhakou Community, Canal Street. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

In 2017, Changfu Bridge was designated as a Zhejiang Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Protected Area: Extends approximately 20 meters outward from the bridge structure, reaches about 23 meters westward from the main body while avoiding existing buildings, with a total area of 3,865 square meters.

Construction Control Zone: Extends approximately 30 meters outward from the protected area on the east, south, and north sides, and about 90 meters westward to the existing curb line, while avoiding existing buildings, covering a total area of 18,034 square meters.

Nanzhakou Community: Located in the northern suburban-rural fringe area of Linping Subcity, Nanzhakou Community of Canal Street borders Gongnong Village of Donghu Street to the south, Tingzhi Community to the north, Feizhuang Village to the east, and Chujia Dam Community to the west. The community covers an area of 0.92 square kilometers, comprising 4 residential groups (including 2 natural villages), with 231 farming households and a total population of 1,050. The area hosts eight main enterprises primarily engaged in the production of silk products, non-woven fabrics, and luggage. In 2014, the village-level total economic income was 312 million yuan, the per capita income of farmers was 22,842 yuan, and the village-level collective economic income was 1.38 million yuan.
