The former site of the Dalun Silk Factory is a protected cultural heritage site in Hangzhou.

The former site of the Dalun Silk Factory is located at No. 2 Liren Road, Shuibei Community, Tangqi Town. Dating back to the modern era, it is categorized as an important historical site and representative building from the modern period.

In 2009, the former site of the Dalun Silk Factory was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in Hangzhou.

Protected area: approximately 35 meters to the east beyond the heritage structure, with partial adjustments to avoid existing buildings; approximately 10 meters to the south; approximately 30 meters to the west; and approximately 25 meters to the north, covering a total area of 4,589 square meters.

Construction control zone: extending approximately 10–70 meters beyond the protected area, to the east up to the western boundary of Tangqi Road, and to the north up to the southern boundary of Liren North Road, covering a total area of 31,187 square meters.

Shuibei Community: Located in the northern part of Tangqi Town, Yuhang District, Shuibei Community stretches to the east up to the former site of Hangzhou Xinhua Silk Factory, borders the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the south, faces Dongxiaohé, Xiaoxiaohé, and Guangji Road communities across the river, reaches the former site of Xizi Beer Factory to the west, and adjoins Deqing County to the north, covering a total area of about 1.4 square kilometers. It has a permanent population of around 1,600, with over 600 households and more than 100 Party members. The community features the Shuibei Historical Block, composed of buildings dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties.
