Anping Spring

Anping Spring is a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Hangzhou.

Anping Spring is located in front of the former site of Anyin Temple at the southern foot of Linping Mountain on Linping Street. It dates back to the Tang Dynasty and is classified as an other type of relic.

In 2009, Anping Spring was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Hangzhou.

Protected area: extends approximately 20 meters south of the relic itself (to the extended exterior wall line of a three-story building), approximately 90 meters west of the relic itself (to the edge line of the existing road curb), includes the substation land in the northeast, extends approximately 30 meters east of the relic itself (to the edge line of the existing road curb), and approximately 65–120 meters north of the relic itself (to the lowest contour line of the mountain), with a total area of 15,249 square meters.

Construction control zone: extends approximately 45 meters east of the protected area (to the edge line of the existing road curb), approximately 70 meters south of the protected area (to the edge line of Anping Road), approximately 60 meters west of the protected area (to the edge line of the existing road curb), and approximately 20 meters north of the protected area, with a total area of 33,636 square meters.

Linping Subdistrict: In early 2008, Linping Subdistrict and Donghu Subdistrict began operating jointly. The subdistrict is located in the northeast of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, bordering Haining City and Tongxiang City to the east, serving as the eastern gateway to both Yuhang District and Hangzhou, and is also the seat of the Yuhang District government. The entire jurisdiction covers an area of 49.3 square kilometers, comprising 23 communities and 14 villages, with 20 communities under regular management and 17 communities under trusteeship.
