Longdong Cave on Linping Mountain is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Hangzhou.

Longdong Cave on Linping Mountain is located in the middle of the east-west mountain ridge of Linping Mountain in Linping Subdistrict, approximately 50 meters west of Donglai Pavilion. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as a grotto temple and rock carving.

In 2013, Longdong Cave on Linping Mountain was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Hangzhou.

Linping Subdistrict: In early 2008, Linping Subdistrict and Donghu Subdistrict began operating jointly. The subdistrict is situated in the northeast of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, bordering Haining City and Tongxiang City to the east. It serves as the eastern gateway to both Yuhang District and Hangzhou, and is also the seat of the Yuhang District government. The entire jurisdiction covers an area of 49.3 square kilometers, comprising 23 communities and 14 villages, of which 20 communities are under routine management and 17 are under trusteeship.
