Nanchangtu Beach
The dark green pines along the shore of Nanchangtu Beach are lush and deep, especially when the setting sun casts a golden glow on the blue sea, with calm sands and floating islets creating a poetic and picturesque scene. This view is known as the famous "Changtu Sunset." In
troduction
Nanchangtu Beach is located in the central southern bay of Shengsi Main Island and is known as the "Sister Beach" of Jihu Beach. The two beaches are only separated by a Tiger Head Mountain ridge.
Nanchangtu Beach is 2,750 meters long and 200 meters wide, consisting of three connected smaller beaches: Nanchangtu, Gaochangwan, and Shizhu. Between Nanchangtu and Gaochangwan, there is an arch-like cliff formation resembling a stone gate, known as the Big and Small Dragon Eye Rocks. There are also some small nearby islands that can be viewed from afar.
The beach surface is clean, soft, and pale yellow, glistening like a crescent moon nestled between the blue sea and green hills. Currently, special recreational activities such as sea bathing, beach soccer, barbecue, and crab hole digging have been developed (except during peak season, there are generally no entertainment facilities on the beach). Although the range of activities is not as developed as at Jihu Beach, there are relatively fewer visitors here, making it more enjoyable.
