The Sister Beaches

The Sister Beaches are located in the southeastern part of the Zhoushan Archipelago. Comprising Jihu Beach and Nanchangtu Beach, the two beaches nestle close to each other, each with its own unique charm. Jihu Beach stands out with its azure seawater, pristine sand, and fine, soft grains, making it an ideal beach for swimming. In spring, you can enjoy the sea mist; in summer, the vast ocean; in autumn, the powerful tides; and in winter, the rolling waves. Throughout the year, you can experience the diverse allure of the sea. Adjacent to it, Nanchangtu Beach is surrounded by pine-covered hills, cliffs, peculiar rocks, solitary islets, and serene, expansive bays with crystal-clear waters. A blend of breathtaking scenery and surging white waves, it is the perfect spot for surfing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, sea bathing, sand bathing, camping, and a variety of beach activities.
