Dashawan

Dashawan is located in Dongtou County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and is the most beautiful beach in Dongtou, also known as the "Golden Beach." It is shaped like a winnowing basket, facing the sea to the northeast. At low tide, the beach is exposed, with a gentle slope, vast open waters, clear seawater, and pure iron sand that is hard and fine-grained, leaving no noticeable footprints. The rocky outcrops that partially encircle the bathing area feature formations such as "Seal Rock," "Eagle Catching Its Young," and "Fierce Tiger Lying on the Ridge." A pebble belt runs along the upper part of the beach, making it an ideal spot for swimming as well as a training base for windsurfing and rafting. Additionally, visitors can collect shells and engage in sketching.
