Yangfu Temple

Yangfu Temple is situated at the fishing harbor of Dongtou Village, Dongping Town, Dongtou County. It is a late Qing Dynasty building. Originally made up of a main hall, an offering pavilion, and a stage, the offering pavilion and stage were removed during the Republican period, and a wooden entrance hall, side rooms, and a stage were added. Between 1999 and 2002, the structure was dismantled and restored, forming a courtyard-style wooden building that includes a porch, entrance hall, stage, side rooms, and main hall. It measures 15.8 meters in width and 25.85 meters in depth, with a total area of approximately 427 square meters. The temple houses statues of Yang Fu Ye (Yang Yanzhao), Yang Laolinggong, She Lataijun, Jiao Zan, Meng Liang, and a white horse messenger. The main deity worshipped is the statue of the Northern Song Dynasty general Yang Yanzhao, prayed to for the protection of maritime defense.
