Qianxia Lake Tourism Development and Construction Co., Ltd. is a company established by Luming Valley Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huafu Investment Co., Ltd. to develop the Qianxia Lake Eco-Tourism Resort project. With a total investment of approximately 10 billion RMB, the project adheres to the development philosophy of “nature and ecology as the foundation, and farming culture as the soul.” It integrates various functions such as sightseeing tourism, leisure vacation, conference training, and wellness living. The project covers about 270 square kilometers of lakeshore area and 70 kilometers of meandering waterways. It is being developed in three phases, with each phase consisting of one tourist town and several core attractions. The resort will feature modern vacation facilities including star-rated hotels, boutique homestays, and wellness residences.

Currently, the first phase—the Hot Spring Resort Town—officially broke ground in June 2015. During the May Day holiday in 2017, the resort held its “maiden voyage ceremony” and launched its first vacation product, the “Fjord Tour.”
