The Memorial Temple of Duke Liu Wencheng is located in Gaoshi Township, Qingtian County, dating back to the Republican era.

On January 13, 2017, it was designated as part of the seventh batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province.

Gaoshi Township: I. Geography and Population

Gaoshi Township is situated in the northwest of Qingtian County, 32 kilometers from the county seat and 39 kilometers from downtown Lishui. The area features unique terrain formed by three branches of the northern section of the Donggong Mountain Range. The township seat, Gaoshi Village, is surrounded by mountains on three sides, faces south across the river, and is traversed by the Gaoshi Stream. The township covers a total area of 52 square kilometers, with 1,600 mu of arable land, 66,400 mu of forestland, and a forest coverage rate of 82.9%. It administers nine administrative villages and has a population of over 7,600.
