Jimingshan Folk House Garden

Jimingshan Folk House Garden is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Jimingshan Folk House Garden is located on Jimingshan Mountain, on the east bank of the Lingshan River, about 1 kilometer southeast of the county town. It covers an area of 100 acres. In addition to the existing Jiming Tower on Jimingshan, the garden houses ancient buildings such as “Phoenix Rising on High Ground,” “Yixiu Pavilion,” “Wu Family Hall,” “Wang Family Residence,” “Shao Family Small Hall,” and “Lingshan Flower Hall.” It is the second folk house garden in China to gather and relocate for protection various ancestral halls and residential buildings of different periods and architectural styles from within the county—structures that hold both cultural relics value and sightseeing appeal.
